What We Do: Our Goals & Objectives
Parent Advocacy Workshops
We host monthly sessions to educate parents on IEP rights, therapy options, and available resources, providing practical tools like sample scripts and checklists to build confidence.
IEP & School Advocacy
We offer one-on-one support for parents during IEP meetings to ensure their voices are heard and establish an Advocate Volunteer Network for families in underserved districts.
Therapy Navigation
We connect families with ABA, speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy providers and provide training for parents on effective at-home support strategies.
Resource Hub
We maintain a website and printed materials with clear, actionable guides, including a local directory of therapy centers, support groups, and financial assistance programs.
Community Engagement
We host family events to foster connection and reduce isolation, while building partnerships with schools, churches, healthcare providers, and local civic groups.
Our Impact
Through our work, families feel supported and empowered, children receive stronger advocacy for better IEPs, and our local community strengthens its ties between families, schools, and providers.
